Good evening all, I am looking for a picture of a Triumph-bike with a side-car (?) Don`t know the right English name for that. My uncel bought one 1936, unfortenately I don`t have a picture of that time but an old insurance contract. There it is said: 494ccm, the motorno. 702595, 1 cyl. Thank you for helping me, Insel

I have a 500 34/8 AJS which was exported to Germany in 1934. German Reg. R 518-86.New Reg.TSY 277. It has been restored to original spec.annd runs well.I picked it up in Berlin 1972,and there were few missing parts.

I own a 1952 BSA a10 and noticed that you have a 1960 a10 with swinging arm rear suspension marked up as a 1950 a10 golden flash, the swinging arm was not even an option in 1950. No disrespect intended andy.

Hi everyone, just found this site and it is great. I have a 1969 Honda cb160 Sport (look up pics. on this site). You will see two bikes from me (A stock version (Black and Silver) and a more of a bobber style (Red, Black and Silver) but they are both the same bike. The bobber style is how I have it now. I cannot seem to find any "1969" cb160s for sale to get an idea what mine is worth. Could anyone give me an idea on this. It runs great and everything is in ExCond. I would appreciate any help at all. Great site, I will be on here quite aften.

I have a rare protype AJS 640 Inline Four, one of five engines built and believed the only one left and made complete. Built in 1928 and fitted in a purpose built frame, later completed in 1948 and put to use on the road in London. Trying desperately for any information related.Photo in the gallery.

Thank you very much for the Ulster GP DVD. I enter your competitions hoping to win items for my son, so this will be a nice surprise for him. Its many years since I last rode on a bike but I can still remember how it felt - brilliant! Best wishes to all.

My bike is in the SL350K1 page - while working at J Rich Honda in Houston the early 70s, I put a CB350 front brake on it; it's the orange one.

Wow! What a blast from the past!! I had the exact same forest-green 74 DT360 20+ yrs ago when I was just a young kid in high-school. I bought it one summer for $200 bucks off sum guy selling it to make room in his garage. It was missing the turn-signals & had dirt-knobbys on it, but it ran like a bear!! Me & my buddies beat that thing all over the place for about 3 yrs mercilessly before the tranny gave out. What a beast! Id take another one in a second just to have it!! Seeing that picture brought back many fond memories along with a tear or two... They just don build em like that any more.

Are any racers on this blog from the late 1940s to early 1950s era? My father Earl Givens from Akron OHIO raced the east coast for both Indian and Harley factories. His modified 1949 sport scout was restored and sold on e-bay a few years ago. I heard the museum was destroyed and was being re-built. Any information on these riders and bikes would be great!

I was looking through your gallery at all the splendid machines and I wondered if you might like to include a pic of my Kawasaki Z650 B1? I have had this, 1 previous owner motorcyle since 1989 and like most bikers with great intentions I have barely managed annual trips to the MOT station, a few exhillerating miles and the back to the my garage again. So much so that it has covered only 5000 miles from new. One day huh?
