Team Allspeed spent the easter holidays working on their Endurance Legends TZR250.
With just over a month until the 4 hour race gets underway there’s no shortage of jobs to get done on the Team Allspeed Yamaha TZR250. The engine is now fully rebuilt and tuned thanks to the efforts of Andy Bush.
Paul at PJ Engineering sorted out the crank and pistons.
With no shortage of helping hands it was Ben Miles job to get the chassis assembled, and Mark Dunne is sorting out the electrics and loom today.
The ‘To Do’ list is getting shorter with each week that goes by. Jobs like the bodywork and a paint scheme are still to be sorted.
With plans to get some race miles on the Yamaha before the Endurance Legends event the team have entered the bike for the Bemsee meeting at Cadwell Park at the end of the month, so they’ll be plenty more late nights ahead.
If you’d like to be part of the team there’s still time to get involved, any help and sponsors most welcome. Not just bike wise, but we need some pit gear like fire equipment, pit boards, etc. Want to help? Get in touch with Tony or Claire at Team Allspeed #25 on 01708 372122.
