Make or Break? Honda CX500.
“Maggot!”
Only us of a certain age remember the Maggot nickname given to the Honda CX500. Or if you were from my neck of the woods it was pronounced Maggit! This one came my way months back. I have sold off the loose bits that came with it and have run out of enthuiasm to pull it down any further.
“Thank God for the project boys.”
The rusty remains of the rolling chassis are home to an untested engine. This could be the start of an expensive money pit for someone. The cherry is the fact it comes with a V5.
“What’s it got to be?”
I’ll chance my arm at £395 and go south from there!
