During 2015 the National Motorcycle Museum would like the UKs motorcycle clubs & organizations to become part of an exciting calendar of events that we have planned. We want the National Motorcycle Museum to be at the heart of club activities and this participation can take a number of exciting & cost effective forms.
The National Motorcycle Museum celebrated its 30th anniversary this Saturday 1st November, with its “Museum Live” open day. The milestone event saw thousands of visitors join the museum in marking its heritage and successes since first opening its doors in October 1984.
At around 11.00pm last evening (27/08) the inner foyer of the National Motorcycle Museum was broken into and a large amount of the Museum’s trophies & TT replicas stolen.
Michael Dunlop put in a 109mph lap from a standing start at last week’s Classic TT on his late father’s ex- works Norton Rotary race machine which is now owned as part of the National Motorcycle Museum collection.
